Louisiana Victims Outreach
Louisiana Victims Outreach is a state-led initiative offering guidance and support to victims of violent crimes throughout the legal process. Backed by the Louisiana Board of Pardons and Parole, the program needed a clearer, more compassionate way to communicate with the people it serves.
I led a full rebrand that included a new visual identity, streamlined messaging, and a completely redesigned website. The goal was to transform a previously dense and intimidating experience into one that felt approachable, trustworthy, and easy to navigate, without losing the weight or seriousness of the subject matter.
This work required clarity, restraint, and empathy. It was an honor to bring design and language together in service of something this important.
